Staging

Typically staging takes place in an empty property. We provide an initial consultation, take photos, and then create a design plan. Next, we furnish the entire property, providing all moving services. Our initial quote includes rental of all furnishings for six weeks, or until the house sells, whichever comes first. Any rental beyond six weeks can be negotiated. We also check-in to make sure everything is in place before marketing photos are taken, and before initial tours or open houses.

Redesign

Redesign works primarily in homes that are currently occupied. We take the client's existing furnishings (sometimes pepper them with a few of our own), and redesign the living space with an eye to functionality, symmetry and style. We make further recommendations for objects that can be moved and stored, and other small changes that the homeowner can make him or herself. Sometimes a color consultation is part of this service, if it is determined that changing paint colors could make a dramatic difference in the home's marketability. Our initial quote includes six weeks rental of our furnishings, any further rental can be negotiated.
